Flat DB Fly - 1 warm, 35sx12, 40sx10, 45sx8
Uneven Pushups - 2 sets to failure
Dips - 4 sets to failure
Rope Pressdown - 1 warm, 60x12, 70x10 drop 50x10
Skullcrushers - 50x12, 60x10
