Front Squat (Smith) - 115x15, 115x12, 135x8, 155x6
Stiff Leg Deadlifts (warms) 110x12, 110x12...all barbells occupied so went to curls
Seated Leg Curls- 85x10, 95x10
Sumo DB - 60x15, 65x12, 70x10
Standing Calf Raise (toes pointed in) - 35x30, 35x25, 55x20, 55x18
