DB Bench Row - 45x14, 55x12, 60x10
Upright Row (smith) - 45x15, 65x12, 85x10, 95x8
Side Lateral up/down (machine) - 60x6, 70x6, 80x6, 70x6
Hammer Strength Press (reverse seat) - 45x3 sets to failure
